CERTIFIED DEFINED

Every year ALL brokers who wish to interact, market or sell Medicare health plans, must pass a course regimen listed below. Some courses MUST be passed with a score of 90% or better, The others, 85% or better. The broker wishing to be involved with the Medicare market for the upcoming calendar year gets just 3 chances to pass these courses with the scores listed above. If they fail, then they cannot be involved in the Medicare market for that year and cannot receive any commission on plans sold in previous years. It is estimated that a broker will put in20-30 hours and more each year in study and preparation for the annual Medicare training. Every year the broker puts it all on the line.
